Why I blog….Nov. 2014

Ok….I figure I need to start addressing my goals and my path. I don’t know why I’m writing this blog. I do know it’s tied to how I’m feeling in my life right now. I also know it’s going to change.

This Blog will change, my thoughts will change, what I feel is reasonable will change.

On my journey, or whatever this is, I wanted to let you, my readers, know why the blog changes. Where I am in my life, and why it’s changing as it happens.

RIGHT NOW – November 30, 2014

I am a bit angry. Well to be fair, I’m frustrated. So frustrated, that I might just call it anger.

I’m frustrated with PEOPLE. I feel that the people in my family that are supposed to help lead the younger generations have vacated their responsibilities. They’ve left younger generations ill-equipped to handle what life gives them in the form of lemons or lemonade.

I’ve watched a pre-baby boomer generation be so respected and admired. I’ve watched them raise the baby boomers, who were humanitarians, hippy’s, revolutionaries, thought leaders, but at times, not such good people. They most certainly didn’t raise the best people. I look at our pop culture, what people choose to name their kids, music and what it’s become, and I notice that the thought leaders that ought to be respected, parenting styles that ought to be repeated, and spending habits that ought to be duplicated are all cast aside.

  • Kids are intelligent – but not smart.
  • People Spend – but not save.
  • People Blame – but they don’t change.
  • Leaders Follow – instead of charting the course.

I think there are lots of unreasonable things that have brought us to where we are today. I’d like to discuss them all, and what I can do to change them if anything. I don’t want to be frustrated, but I do want to talk to you, Team Reason, about everything that’s on my mind. I also want to know what’s on the minds of Team Reason!

Until I change again…….
